This established individual income tax practice offers a buyer a lean, highly organized client base of approximately 350 loyal, recurring clients. Client retention has historically run around 90% annually, and the client base has been intentionally refined over the years to retain only well-organized clients who pay on time.

The clientele is largely composed of wage earners, including teachers, government employees, railroad workers, retirees, and some small businesses and farmers. The practice operates from a home office and will relocate to the buyer’s location, and currently runs on Lacerte tax software.
