Larry Naab, CPA

President & CEO

Larry is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Naab Consulting. Larry has 12 years of experience in the merger, sale and acquisition of accounting and tax practices. Larry has assisted in over 300 sales and or merger transactions.

 

After gaining experience with a local CPA firm for 10 years, Larry founded his own accounting practice in 1986 and after building his firm and establishing multiple locations he successfully sold his practice in 1997. Larry Naab then started his career in the mergers and acquisition business in 1997.

 

Larry is a CPA, licensed in Indiana and a graduate of Indiana State University. Larry is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, and the National Society of Accountants. Larry has spoken at several state and local conferences regarding buying, selling and merging accounting firms.
